Setting Daily Intentions that Support Emotional Well-Being
At the Communal Learning Collaborative, we advocate for an inclusive approach to mindfulness and emotional growth, where practices can be tailored to fit the individual's needs, capabilities, and life situations. We firmly believe in the adaptability of these practices to suit a wide array of needs and abilities. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to setting intentions. We are all unique, and so too should be the method by which we nurture our emotional well-being. Whether it's simplifying the process, breaking down intentions into smaller, more manageable components, or finding alternative methods of expression, there's room for everyone in the practice of setting daily intentions.
